Billing & Insurance
We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, we’re happy to provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance or use with HSA/FSA accounts.
Rates:
COACHING
Initial Parent Coaching + Screening (up to 60 min): $185
Follow-Up Parent Coaching (up to 60 min): $145
Parent Q&A Power Session (30 min, virtual): $95
In-Home Parent Coaching (up to 60 min): $200
LACTATION
Prenatal & Postnatal Lactation Coaching Package (2 sessions, each up to 60 min + guide): $375
Email or Question Support (non-coaching): $35 per exchange
SPEECH & FEEDING THERAPY
I'm happy to discuss my speech therapy services and provide a quote for in-home evaluations and sessions. Please reach out directly so we can talk about your child's needs and create a plan together.
Payment is due at the time of booking or before the coaching session begins. A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. A cancellation or no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled session cost may be charged if proper notice is not given.
Sliding scale options are available on a limited basis; please inquire if needed.
In-home coaching includes a travel fee if the service area is outside the designated area; these fees will be discussed during booking.
